  • The item must be returned through a tracked shipping service to ensure safe delivery back to our warehouse.

  • Once the return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • If the item is damaged or shows signs of use, the return will not be accepted, and no refund will be issued.
